Founded in Oshakati in 2024, Tuno Foods is a proudly Namibian food manufacturer dedicated to bringing fresh, high-quality herbs and spices to everyday kitchens. By sourcing directly from local farmers and managing our own processing and distribution, we ensure peak freshness while supporting local livelihoods. Today, our products are available in over 85 retail stores across Namibia and South Africa—and we’re just getting started.

Meet the Founder
Tuno Foods was founded by Taimi Tangi Shivute, an entrepreneur dedicated to food security, agriculture, and unleashing Namibia’s agricultural potential. Since launching in 2024, Taimi has led the company’s growth from a local vision into an established brand available in over 85 locations nationwide.
